Delivery may be an option for buyers in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. To request delivery, please email support(at)tiffanyfolwer.com with desired delivery location and availability to receive your purchase.
We realize that artwork is subjective, and digital screens, such as computers and mobile devices, do not always accurately represent images and colors. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging for a partial refund. Returns must be received, undamaged, within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The price of the artwork minus a 20% processing fee and minus the cost of return shipping will be refunded for returned, undamaged artwork.
Artwork is packaged with care for safe delivery and carry coverage in case of damage in shipping. Please review shipment upon receipt and immediately report any damages to the shipping company and support(at)tiffanyfowler.com. Include photos of damage. Artwork and packaging may need to be provided to the shipping company for claims processing, so keep it in a safe place. Additional damage after receipt may void the claim. A refund will be made, in full, upon approved claim.
Claims not made to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of artwork become the responsibility of the buyer. If a claim is not approved due to a delay in reporting or lack of evidence the artwork was damaged in shipping, artwork can be returned to tiffanyfowler.com for a limited refund of 50% the cost of the artwork minus return shipping charges.
The shipping and returns policy only applies to the completed physical artwork sold through tiffanyfowler.com and does not include commissioned artwork or contracted design work. Purchases made through another site or establishment, such as a gallery or event facility, are subject to the policies of the seller.
